Steps from the lifts, the tram, restaurants, the Ice Haus, and the Pump House Waterpark. No shuttles, no driving, no hassle — just effortless mountain living.


This two-story 3 bed / 2 bath corner unit blends upscale comfort with the relaxed charm of a Vermont ski retreat. A quiet building of just four units — no one above or below you, no shared walls. Private deck off the back with a small yard. The perfect home base for families, couples, and small groups — and yes, your well-behaved dog is welcome too!

The Location

Steps From Everything at Jay Peak

T408 sits in the Tramside base area — the main hub of Jay Peak Resort and its most convenient, vibrant location. The building is located directly behind the Pump House Waterpark, steps from the lifts, restaurants, shops, and the ice arena. Each unit has a private deck and separate green space right off the back. Jay Peak averages over 350 inches of natural snowfall per year, the most of any resort in the East. Free resort shuttle available to bring you to the Stateside base area if needed.
